dawg..no worries..and seriously no offence...lots of nuances in the mkt that unfortunately unless have worked at the big guys...your broker wouldnt know/understand either. There are no 100% right answers...unless u r the actual broker that prints trades...so i just trying to share...given experience ...could be totally wrong...but i likely understand the big end more than your broker etc re how the index stuff and printed trades work etc..
cheers dawg...and god luck. Just forget index inclusion stuff...seriously...there are funds that totally foucus on it..and guess pre announcemnts of index chgs...there is no 'srbitrage'...most of the time the index inclusions go DOWN on the day ( as everyone set already)
