It depends whether the offtake prepayment places a restriction on the use of funds (some prepayments are restricted purely to long lead items (i.e. capex)).
@GARETH78 probably has a better understanding of this side of things.
If we do raise, I’d prefer to see something north of $50m to prevent the need to have to run another CR in quick succession.
Also important to note that for all of the critiques of our CEO, I’d say he is objectively the best in the industry when it comes to pulling off successful capital raises.
