Forgot to add one point. Based on last year raises, one is due now. If I were to speculate, I feel some sort of unofficial finalisation has happened. Not sure if CR or some other deal, but based on market reaction on last 2 days, it could be something positive. But I am just speculating, I don't have any info. That's the only thing which came to my mind, hence was in 2 minds yesterday, but thought will see another day.
