Significant events after balance date
On 21 November 2023, the Company purchased the Gibraltar Halloysite-Kaolin project from Lymex Tenements Pty Ltd for $500,000 cash on the fulfillment of conditions precedent. The key condition included a confirmation from the ASX and the granting of the Divisions Application by the Department of Energy and Mining in South Australia. The Company fully paid for the project on 22 November 2023 and the divisional application was subsequently granted on 8 February 2024.
Subsequent to reporting period, the Company purchased all shares of Electric Metals Pty Ltd (Electric) from the parent, Latin Resources Limited (Latin), for a consideration of $1,167,720.10. Electric, which owns the Electric Tenements, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Latin. Given that both Electric and the Company are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Latin, the payment of the consideration will be internal settled. Latin, acting as the Guarantor, has provided the Company with all terms and conditions under which the Electric Tenements have been granted.
Other than above, there are no other significant events that have occurred after the reporting date
