You should check info before reaching conclusions.
ESG was the entity established to own some of these assets (in advance of them being spun out to Maverick). The Maverick spin out failed, so the projects continue to be owned 100% by LRS (via subsidiary ESG Minerals).
ESG is 100% owned by LRS (snip below from the latest quarterly)
