Any good news to a very progressive company should be a positive vibe in the direction they are heading.
If no ann is dropped tomorrow, I wouldnt say its a negative as delays happen for whatever reason and the process involved before it gets to be ann on the ASX.
A few days late makes no difference to the significance of the ann purpose, just heightens the anxiety of the wait.
Patience is needed.
