We have a minable resource in it's own right.
Easy enough to hang Ionic out to dry, while we get on with mining. They won't be able to keep it forever, without income.
I don't think LRS would be stupid enough to buy Ionic's average small resourced tenement, let alone for anything but bottom dollar.
