Assuming DFS and Offtakes support upward movement in the share price as the project becomes substantially derisked and the potential improvement in Spodumene price towards the end of year also supporting share price. BOD would want to leave it as late as possible to minimise dilution. I would also not be surprised to see some debt funding from a Brazilian bank, gain if this occurs has implications for the amount of CR. They do want to move the resource from 70 m/t to 90 m/t by the end of 2024!
