Sentiment is important for what each party squeezes out of each other.

Yes pricing will be based around chemical index pricing, but a few things can be built around that, plus our MC is important.

In a low price environment I doubt any collars (floor / ceiling) if in place will benefit us. Vice versa high price environment.

I don't think we should do any off take without prepayment or finance package attached. The lower our MC the less we will get, or to lock in the deal we have to lock in a higher % of the off take.

The key to the companies longterm profitability is to have enough off takes locked in to get the project built, but have enough available to sell spot. ideally at least 50%

I am not keen on a huge amount of traditional debt either.
