Cheers for this. I have been taking some confidence from A11 - who have also been saying publicly that they are looking for $75m - $100m cash prepayment for their offtake agreement as well.

This makes me think the likelihood of a decent cash prepayment is reasonable (but I totally accept that with sector sentiment in the dirt, nothing is for certain).

There's probably also a question of whether we are likely to sign one or two offtakes over the coming months. LRS has been saying that there are four parties left in the process - so as long as the terms are right, it would be a decent sign of support if two agreements were signed and a significant % of the Capex is covered by cash prepayments.
