I think offtake pricing links to the price index. Offtake is mainly locking supply with prepayment. Not many companies would like to pay the prepayment at current marco situation, but some long term planners may. We should respect them if they come.

CG's "selling into the U.S or Europe" statement is really confusing at the beginning as it's quite different with the statement in quarterly report "Strong inbound interest in the Project has been received from Singapore and other countries in the region". To be honest, offtaking with US companies doesn't give me much confidence, unless they are Telsa or ALB. But after deep thinking, I feel offtaking with Asia has no conflicts with selling into the US or Europe. If offtake comes from Chinese companies, they may use the Lithium for Europe export as Europe will check lithium footprint soon. If Korean companies take it, they may use it for EVs selling into the US.
