Ernie's commentary about Brazil is ultra bullish.
Calls Brazil out as the fastest place in the western world to bring on new hard rock production - government is actively cutting red tape and for a very small amount of Capex, you can bring on ~250,000ktpa fairly easily (Sigma achieved 270,000ktpa with $130m capex).
