I think you are right.
My concern is they will almost certainly need to a raise at some point in next 3 months. With the SP where it is not ideal.
If they need a second raise to fulfil equity component of FID then another could be on the cards.
The BOD will not be anywhere near as concerned with number of SOI as us retail. The more SOI the easier the MC bonuses become. As they start to be filled another GM will be called to vote on new ones.
I have cash to deploy here, happy to wait until the CR comes given the sentiment.
Those who think one will not occur need to understand any money received to build the mine, from Pre payment or loans etc will be to build the mine. Not for GA purposes or additional exploration etc.
