The beauty of having Sigma nearby is it gives credibility to the financial model which makes the debt financing easier. Banks are risk averse so need a clear line of sight to cashflow to support debt financing. The relatively low country risk for mining is also a major help.
They will of course use a conservative pricing model to determine amount they'll fund.
