With 4 parties competing offtake in this low macro env, I believe LRS will get funded, ideally with offtake prepayment plus green development loan.
Like other commodities, price booms and busts. At the end, low cost producers survive and thrive. The EV industry leaders definitely know this and come to offtake, even situation is so bad. They know in worst scenario LRS will push other high cost producers out of market, and they need Lithium for long term.
Watching nearly 100 of Lithium explorer listed in ASX, I invested 20 of them before. I believe LRS is the rare one with certainty of transforming from Lithium explorer to producer. Most of others are nearly impossible to find offtake with prepayment to develop in the current situation.
