You have a very shallow mindset.
A family member bought one of the first ever flat screen plasma Tv's back in the day 20 years ago . 50 inch for $15k .. Now the same size 4k Tv would cost $2k.
EV's are in there infancy and do have their drawbacks. Improvements will be made and the product will become superior.
Mass energy storage? Industrial scale .. Although EV's will pick up there is much more to the story as well.
