While it's true what you say, it's very misleading.
PSC wasn't able to sell its project at a high price because of the Lithium price used in its DFS but because the sale took place in April of 2022 when Lithium spod prices were multiples of the DFS price.
Any Lithium project in 2024 is only worth a fraction of what it would have been in 2022.
