I would vote no, worse case scenario you end up with PLS shares and can sell or sell after takeover actually occurs before the transfer to PLS registry if it gets up

If no is voted on LRS and the bid falls over one can simply sit and wait out while others fall over so the moonshot opportunity is simply put back but is still there.

Operators of PLS do not like this logic but is it not true??

The BOD are irrelevant, main thing is a asset and time waiting for the uptick, so the BOD can be voted to be outed

If this goes dormant, PLS might go bankrupt so when LRS rises they may by PLS out for bigger returns
