Our largest shareholder was/is Jose Manzano and he held ~180m shares. I assume all of the board are keeping ownership of their shares so they can vote for the scheme. So I don't think the 82m shares could be him selling.
However, Regal held/holds 140m shares and it would seem logical that they may want to liquidate much of their holdings now (rather than waiting for the scheme to be approved or any counter offer to be received).
So it wouldn't surprise me if the 82m sell was Regal. With the buyer being an insto who will then progressively sell the 82m shares on the 19 cent line and pocket the 2.5 cent difference ($205k).
