I think there’s a misconception in relation to the understanding of the sale. Many think 20c is what you will get as a value. As many have stated the deal is 0.07 so if PLS rises then LRS should rise as well and this could be above 20c and Vice versa.
Atm PLS is $2.90 which equates to 20.3c. So LRS is trading less than it should be and I think that has a lot to do with many not understanding.
Hopefully another offer comes along.
