YES!!

Look at the pre announcement volume ,somebody knew something.

That is ASIC territory.(as wimpish as they are).

Class action lawyers will be all over this, like a dog on a bone, and I will be in as a litigant.

i think the commentary that PLS was doing due diligence for 6 months is likely work being completed by PLS management and did not involve LRS Board nor was any disclosure being made by LRS to PLS.
