Hi Investor,
I agree PLS would be mainly involved in this DD ,however, how can they assess LRS if the books are not open to them?
Its pretty hard to judge a business without seeing their books.
I assume a NDA was in force?
But isn't the market supposed be informed in a timely manner? 6 months is not timely.
