I had a chat with Mitch regarding current offer from Pilbara.
I ask five questions regarding to release ASX
1. Is Latin resources will be releasing off take agreements?
A - No as per current offer by PLS they wouldn’t.
2. Is Latin resources will be releasing DFS?
A- Not sure at this stage!
3. Is Latin resources will be releasing Planalto MRE!
A- Yes not sure when!
4. Is Board where aware about Pilbara DD from last 6 months?
A- Yes as a part of ASX guidances Latin resources can’t disclose until Pilbara finalise the offer.
5. Is Latin resources will be demerger other assets apart from Salina?
A- Yes prior to complete of scheme not sure how they will do it.
Now I am curious how this will turnaround from here seems from current lithium market and sentiment most of producers are selling at losses.
