Hard to know.
I guess there’s always the potential that some people are using this event as a chance to liquidate on market and move on, rather than wait for deal approval and accepting PLS shares.
If the volume is a competing bidder, then we would likely know by the end of this week (sub holder notice required within 5 days of taking 5% or more of SOI).
