I'm thinking that the definition of IER does allow for updates to the report. I just hope that LRS doesn't overly delay the DFS publication to maker it difficult for informed decisions to be made about the price PLS is paying for LRS.
Bets are on whether CG is working for PLS or for us. I'm not sure at this stage. Time will tell.
