The company had mentioned that some parties in the offtake/funding process wanted to review the DFS first. I wonder if they do not want to release the DFS as it was not looking as good as they were hoping, hence the PLS deal instead?
I seem to recall it being mentioned more than once that PLS would re-do the DFS with their own modelling or something to that effect, and it seemed they were saying this because they believe they could make it more attractive.
I could be completely off the mark and maybe a little too gullible in hoping that the reason the BOD seems to have sold us out, is because they are privy to a more dire outlook than what we see.
I would love to see another offer put on the table at a better price though so most of us can walk away with a little profit. The current deal sees me slightly in the red as I have an average buy price of $0.215.
