I see a lot of complaints about the BOD signing a deal with PLS.. However, the decision to accept the transaction is matter that 75% of the shareholders need to agree to or put more simply if 25.% of the shareholders decide not to vote for it, probably in November.the the transaction FAILS, simple as that !!!
