If there is no counter offer it’s likely a signal that the market does not believe the bottom is in yet.
Like most i would only want a cash offer if it was a hefty premium, due to forced CGT event.
I can imagine @dawgfather is very disappointed with this outcome after long term support.
I mentioned the other week that Brent Jones must be disappointed where the SP pulled back from. Maybe the funding indication was not looking flash if you start to use pricing nearer $1000 than $2000 in the DFS.
