Man CG really go bent over didnt he. Didnt think he was a submissive. Of course CG want's to accept the offer, he was gets free PLS shares for option he wont have to pay for anymore. He's become so shady because of this deal. Wonder what his consultant fee is.
The fact that released that video and were addressing questions to try and justify the deal shows they know it's a shit deal and screwed over shareholders. This is pure damage control.
The courts should look at the benefit that the board and instos are getting because they're pushing so hard on the deal. Free PLS for their options.
