I’m sure if this sale goes through without the DFS being released there would have to be quite a big class action. I couldn’t imagine a world where it’s legal to sell the company without releasing this vital information to share holders.
Ask yourself this, can the shareholders vote and make a truly informed decision without knowing what the project is worth? The answer to that is no.
Honestly had no idea this was the level of Chris Gayle’s character trying to stuff over Australian investors by withholding information is crazy. Honestly psychopathic type stuff to be able to do this and live with yourself.
I think I will email ASIC tomorrow and see if they are aware of the situation and are willing to do anything/ step in. (Probably f*ing not but worth a shot)
