Will ,I agree ,PLS have access to the current DFS data ,we do not .
If this is not released until after the deal is done, this is witholding full disclosure to the SH and the independent
review,( who will rubber stamp this anyway).
The Bot activity and shorting was done with the DFS and offtakes supposedly in the wings ,which looked a risky strategy.
However, ,it was not ,as those in the know were aware of the backroom negotiations.
This was to drive the share price down ,and depress the VWAP, and then look like a white night with a joke offer with a supposed premium !
Who was shorting? Who was doing the Bot activity?
ASX ,and ASIC should look .
Will they ?
