Don't mistake this for being happy about the PLS deal but if no counter offer appears beforehand. I can't see any benefit in voting no, our share price will collapse, further dilution would be imminent and the ship still being steered by the same that are encouraging this deal. They've shown their hand and its one of cheap easy greed, not one that I trust will take us to production and get the rest of us the value we deserve.
Does anyone really think that if it is a no they'll really push this forward to production or just find another cheap easy deal??
