Who else prays, Goldman Sachs might believe that the current offer from Pilbara Minerals undervalues Latin Resources. By acquiring a substantial stake, and they could be positioning themselves to benefit if a higher bid emerges, either from Pilbara Minerals or a competing bidder. This also gives them leverage if the deal terms are renegotiated?
