Hi,l am very disappointed Latin resources is holding price sensitive announcements away from the ASX market ever since the PLS take over deal.
The DFS has been stated by Latin on many past announcements, its on track to be completed by end of August. This tune has changed now ever since the PLS take over deal.The most likely reason the DFS is being held to prevent a competitive offer from some other entity.
If the DFS is complete, please announce it. Latin has always kept to timelines so l am sure it has been completed and in the hands of LRS.
The Bulk sample Lab met work testing. Where are the final results for that.These results are required for the DFS.
If l don't get a response, l will be put a complaint to the ASX and ASIC to investigate this matter.
Management are lining their pockets and not thinking in the best interests of shareholders.
Shareholders have right to know the outcome of the DFS.
