Can anyone follow the trail of these shares that are vested and options I think being converted .???

Who are the employees these are entitled to. ???????

I thought LRS was to be wound up after sale or whatever of the remaining projects in , Peru, Argentina and WA. > If so why are some of these shares converted today have 2029 date .?????

What happens to all the assets once wound up, left over monies etc and the 4m company funded shares to directors. PLS acquires all LRS shares through their script offer and does that mean everything except the divested tenements or what.

Not up with all how this works.

Only ones making money out of this deal are the directors with PERFORMANCE SHARES AND OPTIONS which PLS will honour. SUCKS.

Another thing, Gale helps PLS with Salinas project to get up and running as a consultant getting heaps of cash on the side and the directors that are retained to forward SALINAS onwards.

LRS shareholders lose badly.

SP 16c today and I see no value at all as it sinks in sync with PLS equivalent SP drowning.
