Hmm, I'm not sure you totally understand.
if PLS rises to $4, we're effectively receiving 28c per LRS share. $3 would be 21c and $2 is 14c.
our takeover price per share is 0.07 x the PLS share price.
20c has nothing to do with it. That was just the equivalent value at the time of the initial offer.
