None of these comments compensate for the low ball offer in comparison to what the asset is worth.

We all know PLS will do well with LRS in three years time, that’s not the point.

The point is value for the asset and paying a price which is fair and reasonable, which clearly is not the case under the current agreement.

if the BOD believed it was true value, why agree to the DFS being held and not disclosed. They should be smarter than this, that’s why we have paid them well over the years.

I like many, have been supporting LRS through thick and thin for 8 years knowing the true asset value as we had progressed.

For the BOD to then just give us away is not in the interests of shareholders, no matter how they dress it up to justify.

The only shareholders happy with this deal are those who bought in recently.

At a time when our DFS was due, the BOD single handedly put the brakes on our share price.

If ASIC were resourced well and actually actioned some of the complaints they would see the similar fact of big companies drawing down the SP only to offer an imaginary premium during such takeovers.
