I would say the total manipulation of the share price to come out with a 57% premium, what a crook of shi.. if the offer was .1 of a share without the BOD getting their free options I would be ok with that. BOD sold shareholders down the river to benefit themselves. Where is the market operator who is supposed to be looking after shareholders but instead the only side with the money, what a joke.
