There was a lot of manipulation and bot trading to massage the price down, which we now know was for 6 months, while due diligence was going
on by PLS.
This dropped the VWAP way down, so they could say, we will give a premium, and throw a dog 20c offer.
Banning release of the DFS, is giving BOD and PLS an unfair and illegal advantage over other SH.
A class action law company could mount a SH class action ,as the amount saved, if there was price depression, could be hundreds of millions of dollars .
Analysis of trading contracts notes could reveal possible insider trading.
An investigation would reveal the truth, if it was all above board then all ok.
I would not want to be the independent assessor ,seeing if this is fair to all SH ,if there was unethical or illegal activity going on in the background.
The assessor would need to be careful not to get entwined .
