Maybe a little, but won't be anything like the increase that might have happened were LRS independently announcing the DFS + funding to production.
PLS have so much else going on, and are already an established producer. Salinas is not going to move their share price that much.
The thing most likely to move the needle for PLS/LRS will be lithium prices bouncing back.
