Just noted you do not even hold LRS.
Anyone is free to buy PLS shares on the open market. I think it’s a decent LT investment in a balanced portfolio. Great Management.
However LRS holders, many of whom have been here for many years are being asked to convert THEIR LRS SHARES to PLS shares.
It is much more complexed. Thankfully rollover will likely be available.
