    Mr Market has decided a 45% in the SP of Arcadium was a fair thing after news of RIO's takeover. This is the only significant M&A activity since PLS offer for us. I always believed we were being bent over. Today's market response in Arcadium shows a fair offer for a Li company. Can you imagine how broad the smiles are within PLS and the ex BOD members of LRS?
