Agree. PLS could close at $3.30 today. That would equate to 23 c for LRS (using the 0.07 multiple). Trez suggested this differential in the two prices was a 'risk discount'. Perhaps he is correct but I would thave thought it is a done deal. The only other likelihood is another buyer coming in. This is a very good acquisition for PLS so they will want the deal to go through. PLS itself may be a takeover target for the likes of RIO.
