i think "sticking to fundamentals" are not to be considered as important as they really are with penny stocks... cutting losses and waiting for buy side to pick up above selling is probably the better approach with penny stocks since it will be a while until the buy side picks up significantly. id say people thinking about selling now would be quite safe with buying back at a lower price in a few weeks. its been since about may where the sell side has been dominating the buy and has reached a point where it is massively dominating the buy side... will take a huge announcement to change this or quite a lot of time.
