A CR is nothing to be scared of, as it’s all part of investing in spec companies.
however, why on earth would you buy right now when all the signs point to there being a CR in the near future. And as with almost all (there have been a few exceptions) a CR will cause the SP to decline.
if you really want to buy this stock, why wouldn’t you wait for the CR first?
