A quick question to those who have been around LRS longer than...

A quick question to those who have been around LRS longer than me (3 days).
I note that David Vilensky Non-Executive Chairman of LRS and Christopher Gale Executive Director of LRS also hold the exact same positions in another company called Oar Resources. Both companies are digging around for the same stuff. How is that not a conflict of interest and does anyone else have a slight issue with that corporate structure?

This has likely been discussed previously, prior to my 'arrival', perhaps point me to the thread if so.
