My two cents is that CG was consistently good from about Jan until he secured the CR at 16 cents.....since then he seems to have gone MIA on a few fronts and now a North American roadshow, which sounds more like, lets drop a presentation so I can claim my USA summer holiday on Tax.... the essence of good leadership in my view is communciating with clarity, authenticity and consistency when things are NOT going so well.
