There's a dude with a 1,000,000 buy order at 4.7. Wouldn't surprise me if it's the same guy who just put 800,000 on sell side at 4.9 to try to cap any upside.
Also, (and unrelated), the last round of lab results are well overdue. Must be a good chance that they drop tomorrow.
