This is likely what that trader wants you to think.
Sorry, I hate to be conspiratorial because I think most of HC is filled with people over exaggerating the idea of 'manipulation of stock prices', but on this occassion I think it's pretty reasonable that if someone wanted to sell 3m of LRS, they could have done it any time yesterday between 7 and 7.5 but chose not to.
Also, if they are selling for tax losses, time isn't on their side, which also makes it all the more likely to be a fake order attempting to cap the price.
