Surprised to see us end up closing at 6.7 given the state of markets right now + futures look heavily red. Lithium stocks were a mixed bag. Some in the green, some in the red, no real overall direction.
Looking at the more well known ASX lithium plays, daily volume today was well below average volumes - and we were no different. This is likely due to today being the first day of the new tax year - so tax loss selling is no more.
Today's sell side with the exception of the 3m order was unusually quiet. Perhaps we are well oversold although Futures look heavily red so we may see another retracement on the ASX come Monday.
